• Must be able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.
• Camera-ready while working and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and making outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
• Maintain SLAs for chats and phone inquiries.
