Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is expanding and seeking multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to support players across shifts at our Lansing, MI office. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding service to ensure positive experiences.

We offer several shifts (7:00–3:30, 12:00–8:30, 3:00–11:30 ET) and a hybrid work model with travel to the office required for at least 50% of shifts; relocation is not provided. Strong communicators thrive here.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• 21+ years old with a High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test.
• Able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote what we value.
• Stay updated on protocols and work towards set goals and targets of 70 contacts daily.
• Maintain all SLAs for chats and phone call inquiries in under 45 seconds.
