Qualifications

• 0-2 years inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, tablets, and cell phones.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special offers to VIP customers.
• Uphold confidentiality and meet performance targets such as 70 contacts daily and SLAs under 45 seconds for chats/calls.
