Aristocrat Interactive is growing, and we’re hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to join our exceptional team. We support players, resolve questions, and ensure every interaction is positive across calls, chats, and emails.

We offer shifts, a hybrid schedule in Lansing, MI, and a collaborative environment where you’ll troubleshoot issues, share offers with VIPs, and help us maintain our high SLA targets while protecting customer privacy.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of inbound/support call center experience.
• 21+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Flexible, strong written and verbal communication; capable of hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, tablets, and mobile apps.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outbound calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and meet SLAs (target 70 contacts daily, 45s chat/phone).
