Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to support players, resolve inquiries, and ensure positive interactions from our Lansing, MI location.

You’ll handle accounts, products inquiries, and troubleshoot app-related issues across devices, while maintaining SLAs and confidentiality. Prior support exposure and strong communication are highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote what we value.
