Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is expanding and seeking multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to join our team in Lansing, MI. You’ll support players, answer questions, and ensure positive interactions across calls, chats, and emails while upholding confidentiality.

The role requires 0–2 years in inbound support, a High School diploma, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule. You should be comfortable with Windows Office, typing at least 90 WPM, and traveling to the office about half the time.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years inbound call center experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be able to travel to the office for at least 50% of shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special offers to VIP customers and gather feedback on service failures.
