Job summary

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a paid training period, and HubSpot-driven lead management. Availability for occasional evenings and weekends is required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• One year of experience in sales preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.
• Strong sales communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
• Explain products, pricing and options clearly and compassionately.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, follow-up activity, and sales opportunities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
• Participate in community events and offsite customer appointments.
