Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in South Charleston, WV. You will meet with families to assess their needs, guide them through funeral and cemetery options, and close sales with compassionate, consultative service.

The role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training and robust benefits. Local travel may be required and you will use HubSpot CRM to manage leads and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or relationship-based roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through leads from multiple channels and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities, and follow up with prospects.
