Everstory Partners in Barboursville, WV is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery options. You will build a sales pipeline, respond to inbound leads, and guide purchasing decisions using HubSpot CRM.

The role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first 6 weeks. Estimated first-year earnings range from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, including outside sales, B2C sales, sales consulting, customer service, business development, or other relationship-based roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
