Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor in Waynesboro, VA to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery decisions with compassion. This role blends consultative sales, B2C outreach, and community networking to build relationships and generate new business.

The position involves meeting with clients, selling services and merchandise, and managing leads via HubSpot CRM. A valid driver's license and occasional evening/weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up with prospects.
