Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery decisions with compassionate, consultative guidance. You will build relationships, manage leads, and drive local business through referrals and events.

The role combines B2C sales, prospecting, and community partnerships, with commission-based earnings and paid training. Local travel and evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or related experience.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Willingness to work in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
