Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product decisions with compassionate, consultative sales. You will manage leads, drive new business, and maintain relationships in a commission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes B2C sales, inbound/outbound prospecting, and community outreach, with HubSpot CRM used to track activity and opportunities. First-year earnings target is $40,000–$50,000.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred (B2C/outside sales).
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable in commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral/cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through various channels.
• Use HubSpot to track leads and customer activity through the sales process.
