Job summary

The Advanced Manufacturing Company of America is seeking a full cycle technical recruiter to own engineering and non-technical roles from introduction through close, shaping our end-to-end process.

You will partner with hiring managers, design structured interview loops, and provide a candidate-centric experience while tracking metrics and branding across postings. This on-site role in El Segundo supports fast-paced growth with ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience focused on technical/engineering roles.
• Ability to source passive candidates and close quickly.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Manage multiple requisitions with quality and speed.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities in competitive markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Preferred: experience recruiting in a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage top technical talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
• Intake & Hiring Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and engineering leadership to define role requirements, develop scorecards, and tailor search strategies.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough initial screens to evaluate technical aptitude, motivation, culture fit, and role suitability.
• Interview Coordination & Process Management: Design and manage structured interview loops, coordinate schedules across stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback.
• Candidate Experience: Act as trusted advisor, providing transparent communication and a thoughtful experience reflecting Amca's values.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our ATS, track metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness, use data to improve outcomes.
• Talent Branding: Support Amca's branding across job postings, career page, social media, and hiring events.
