ATR International, a Silicon Valley technology staffing firm, seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of technical and professional positions across clients nationwide.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, guide offers, and mentor junior recruiters while delivering exceptional service to clients and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or technical recruiting environment.
Experience recruiting for administrative, manufacturing, professional, or other specialized positions.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
Advanced sourcing skills utilizing Boolean search, LinkedIn Talent Insights, X-Ray search techniques, and social recruiting.
Experience recruiting both active and passive candidates in competitive markets.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines and performance metrics.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills for technical competencies, behavioral fit, and long-term potential.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and clients.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions across multiple client organizations.
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and align on compensation and timelines.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
Screen resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and prepare employment documents.
Mentor Associate Recruiters and support team with sourcing strategies and best practices.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics in the ATS.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the process.
