Job summary

Tenant inc. is seeking a hands-on Contract Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering and technical teams over the next 3-6 months. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across a portfolio of technical roles, partnering with hiring managers and the People team to build pipelines, move quickly, and deliver quality hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong track record sourcing and closing software engineering and other technical talent.
• Experience managing multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong passive sourcing skills and demonstrated ability to build pipelines.
• Comfortable partnering with technical leaders and refining candidate profiles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, data, and other specialized technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, interview strategy, and hiring priorities.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for experience, technical alignment, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Manage candidates through the interview process, maintaining momentum and candidate experience.
• Maintain pipelines in Greenhouse and optimize workflows and scorecards as needed.
• Partner with People team on compensation alignment, offer approvals, and closing candidates.
• Track recruiting activity and metrics like pipeline health and time-to-fill.
