Based in El Segundo, CA, this onsite role shapes our hiring process end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and search strategies.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with Amca's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, focus on technical/engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and close quickly.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and pipeline development for technical roles.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and search strategies.
• Screen candidates for technical aptitude, motivation, culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews across stakeholders.
• Provide candidate experience and timely feedback.
• Track metrics in ATS to improve outcomes.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing.
