ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to identify, assess, place, and advance a diverse portfolio of associates and professionals. The role drives the full-cycle process, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple accounts.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support market-level staffing strategies while engaging with community partners and clients on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates using diverse channels.
• Review resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and provide feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local events.
• Make weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
