Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Recruiter in the Houston area to manage full-cycle recruitment for local accounts. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, then coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide ongoing candidate guidance.

Based in TX, you will engage with clients, visit sites weekly, attend events, and leverage ATS tools, while applying human-first, data-driven practices in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Industry: 1 year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using varied methods.
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the process.
• Engage with community partners and attend networking events.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
