Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter for on-site work to drive full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You will partner with hiring managers, manage an active ATS, and maintain candidate records with attention to accuracy.

The role involves weekly client visits, hosting recruitment events, and building strong relationships within the market while leveraging AI-enabled tools in a compliant and responsible manner.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ATS (Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods (job postings, social media, networking, referrals).
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process; support interview prep and feedback.
• Attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure; engage with community partners.
