Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to put people to work, connecting candidates' skills with client needs. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interviews, while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates, associates, and clients.

In this role you will identify talent portfolios, build relationships with hiring managers, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and host local events. Occasional client visits and adherence to ethical standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to have: Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Technical: Experience with ATS tools (Taleo/Avature/JobApp/Bullhorn)

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via diverse methods (job postings, social, events, referrals, outreach)
• Review resumes to identify candidates meeting qualifications
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Guide candidates through recruitment process, including interview prep and feedback
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market
• Maintain data in the ATS
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while upholding ethics
