Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates for positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local events to raise brand exposure.
• Visit high-volume clients weekly on-site and host job fairs or recruitment events.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools in a compliant and ethical manner to improve recruitment outcomes.
