Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with ATS such as Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the position's qualifications
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients
• Hosting job fairs/ recruitment events in the market
