ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for diverse client accounts in the Andover area. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to align staffing priorities with market demand.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen applicants, and guide them through interviews and post-interview feedback while maintaining ATS data.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the recruitment process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
