Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a on-site Recruiter to drive full-cycle staffing for diverse clients in the local market. You will source, screen, and place candidates across roles, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and maintaining accurate ATS data.

The role requires 1+ year in recruiting or related fields and a high school diploma, with preferred associate or bachelor's degree. Expect community outreach, regular client visits, and occasional job fairs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using multiple channels (job postings, social media, referrals).
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the process and gather feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts.
• Host job fairs/recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools in alignment with policy to improve efficiency.
