Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to have: Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Nice to have: Experience with ATS platforms (Taleo/Avature/JobApp/Bullhorn)

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods (job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, outreach campaigns).
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Host job fairs / recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions in alignment with policies and role requirements.
