Job summary

You will conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate data in ATS, and contribute to sales efforts by identifying top talent for high-demand accounts. Experience with Taleo/Avature is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, customer service, and/or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep and follow-up feedback.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure data accuracy.
