Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant to manage full-cycle recruiting in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles, guide them through the interview process, and maintain relationships with clients to match candidates with opportunities.

You will collaborate with your team on posting ads, using sourcing tools, and learning to utilize online resources. A results-driven, people-focused mindset will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via sourcing tools, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage postings.
• Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
• Provide feedback and discuss client needs; conduct mock interviews.
• Coordinate post-interview follow-ups and next steps with candidates.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Support on assignment and ensure candidates have what they need.
