Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Texas to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles in the local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting position from sourcing to placement.

You will engage with job seekers by phone, email, and in person, coach them through resumes, interview prep, and offers, and collaborate with clients to match the right candidate with the right role.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify candidate fit based on client needs.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
