Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Philadelphia is seeking a Staffing Consultant to identify, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to placement, using phone, email, and in-person conversations.

You’ll coach job seekers through resume edits and interview prep, build relationships with clients, and meet ambitious performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare candidates for client interviews and conduct mock interviews.
• Provide post-interview feedback and extend offers when appropriate.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and clients to fill roles.
