Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to recruit for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, engaging with job seekers over the phone, email, and in-person.

You will identify candidates, interview, prep for client interviews, and manage offer processes. The role emphasizes relationship building, discipline, and achieving metrics in a fast-paced sales-oriented environment.
