Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to recruit for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to placement, and build strong relationships with job seekers through coaching, resume tips, and interview guidance.

Daily responsibilities include identifying candidates, posting jobs, cold calling, interviewing, and prepping candidates for client interviews; you will also manage offers and post-interview follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking.

• Proactive cold calling to identify candidates and set up interviews.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Contact candidates post-interview and recap next steps.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process.
