Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant in California to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify candidates, coaching them through resume optimization, interview tips, and post-interview steps.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate flow through the interview process.
• Interview candidates and prep for client interviews with resume review and mock interviews.
• Coordinate post-interview communications and next steps with candidates and clients.
• Extend offers and manage the acceptance process with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate book and relationships with client companies.
