Beacon Hill Staffing is seeking a Staffing Consultant to find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary and contract roles across the local market. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement, engaging with candidates by phone, email, and in person, and coaching them through resume edits and interview prep.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive outreach, and meeting aggressive placement goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards to attract qualified candidates.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit for client needs.
• Prep candidates for client interviews with resume review and practice.
• Provide post-interview updates and outline next steps to candidates.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Engage with assigned candidates on assignments and ensure needs are met.
• Conduct proactive cold calls to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
