Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Recruiter (Staffing Consultant) to own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to placement. You will build relationships with job seekers, coach them through resume edits, interview prep, and post-interview discussions, and contribute to team strategy.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and delivering successful job matches across client companies in a dynamic, commission-driven environment.

• Proactively engage candidates on assignments and perform cold calling.
