Beacon Hill is a leading staffing firm recruiting for temporary and contract roles across the United States. As a Staffing Consultant, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, engaging with job seekers over calls, email, or in person, and coaching them through resume edits, interview tips, and post-interview steps.

You will work with a team to post openings, leverage sourcing tools, and ensure the right match between candidates and client needs, while meeting

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, searches, referrals and networking.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews (resume review, client needs, mock interviews).
• Deliver good news; extend offers and manage the offer process.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment to ensure they have what they need.
