Beacon Hill in the local market is seeking a Staffing Consultant to handle full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, guiding them from resume edits to interview prep and post-interview feedback.

You will build relationships with job seekers, coordinate with clients, post jobs, and use sourcing tools. This is a relationship-driven sales role where meeting metrics and building a book of business are core.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Ability to interview, assess fit, and coach job seekers.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview candidates and prep for client interviews with resumes and needs.
• Deliver offers, manage acceptance, and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Proactively call candidates to build a robust candidate slate.
