Job summary

AUD1001AUDV is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume, full life-cycle recruitment across assigned territories and departments. You will build effective sourcing strategies to fill openings with strong internal or external candidates, while maintaining data in the Applicant Tracking System.

You will collaborate with HR, Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition, provide guidance on sourcing, market trends, workforce planning, and competitor intelligence to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in HR, communications or business.
• Minimum 2 years recent full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, listening and written skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt candidates.
• CRM skills and customer relationship management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
• Team player who can work independently with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and select internal and external candidates for openings.
• Engage regional hiring managers to understand location and market requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans using all available tools.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews; present qualified applicants.
• Follow up with hiring managers and provide feedback on hiring decisions.
• Facilitate interview and screening to move requisitions to a close.
• Participate in quarterly workforce planning meetings to identify needs.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS with notes.
• Coordinate hiring events within assigned geographic territories.
• Maintain candidate files and notes meeting regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate Encore employment messaging via social channels.
