Job summary

AgileOne Group is seeking a recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting and sourcing for RPO client teams. You will build candidate relationships and a virtual bench for ongoing client needs.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, passive sourcing, and efficient hiring processes, with responsibility for scheduling, candidate communication, and data management across ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and ATS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting support for client locations (100%).
• Determine cost-effective, time-efficient approaches for openings (100%).
• Passive candidate sourcing and creative sourcing (90%).
• Utilizes internet recruiting sources and ATS to identify and manage candidates (20%).
• Enter and manage database information across ATS (40%).
• Contribute input for sourcing strategy design and implementation (25%).
• Report on sourcing results and process improvements (25%).
• Gather hiring requirements from hiring managers (50%).
• Convey business needs to candidates (90%).
• Track requisition and candidate activity (70%).
• Manage interview scheduling (30%).
• Candidate research, sourcing and assessment (10%).
• Conduct reference/background checks (20%).
• Extend offers and negotiate (30%).
• Advise on unsuccessful candidates timely (30%).
• Other duties as required.
