Job summary

Encore is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume, full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt roles across assigned territories and departments. You will own openings, build pipelines, and advise HR and Hiring Managers on sourcing strategies and workforce planning.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, proposal of qualified candidates, and maintaining ATS data. The role emphasizes strategic partnerships with Talent Acquisition and local market engagement to fill roles promptly and

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in HR, Communications or Business related.
• Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a services or related industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, and selecting exempt and non-exempt candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and select non-exempt candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with regional hiring managers to understand location and market requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans and conduct competency-based telephone interviews.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS with notes and contact information.
• Assist with recruiting events and pipeline management activities.
