Job summary

LiveTrends Design Group, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments. The role partners with hiring managers to understand needs, develops proactive sourcing strategies, and maintains a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will own the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding, ensuring timely fills and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
• 3–6 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions and/or departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through candidate selection, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, business needs, and qualifications for success.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies based on position, labor market, urgency, and availability of qualified candidates.
