Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support its staffing needs at multiple locations.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for assigned positions, partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely hires. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and deliver a positive candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent experience managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment for a large, multi-location organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with the iCIMS Talent Platform, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leading job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with Corporate and Regional Human Resources teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and achieve recruitment objectives.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Provide weekly recruitment status reports to leadership, including updates on filled, pending, in-process, and posted requisitions.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within iCIMS.
• Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Support additional Human Resources initiatives and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
