Job summary

Encore is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume, full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt roles across assigned territories. You will own current and future openings, build a robust talent pipeline, and consult HR and Hiring Managers on strategic sourcing and workforce planning.

The role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management using the ATS, with a focus on timely hires and collaboration across Talent Acquisition and HR teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (preferably HR, Communications or Business Related)
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in full cycle recruiting in a services or related industry
• Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention-to-detail with ability to multi-task while maintaining commitment to quality
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, and selection of exempt and non-exempt candidates
• Demonstrated excellent customer relationship management skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet based software systems
• Team player with ability to work well independently and interface with diverse population

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and place non-exempt internal and external candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with regional hiring managers to understand location and market requirements via engagement calls for new roles.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans using all available tools and resources.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Provide status updates and feedback to hiring managers on hiring decisions.
• Facilitate interview and screening process to move requisitions to close.
• Participate in workforce planning meetings to identify talent acquisition needs.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline through AIRS techniques, social media, referrals, and competitor intel.
• Facilitate hiring events within assigned territories.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS with notes and contact information.
• Represent Encore in industry associations and college relations to augment recruitment.
