Job summary

Encore seeks a Recruiter to manage high-volume, full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt positions across assigned territories. You will own openings, build pipelines in the ATS, and partner with HR, Hiring Managers and TA to strategize sourcing.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (preferably HR, Communications or Business Related).
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in full cycle recruiting in a services or related industry.
• Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention-to-detail with ability to multi-task while maintaining commitment to quality.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, and selection of exempt and non-exempt candidates
• Demonstrated excellent customer relationship management skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet based software systems.
• Team player with ability to work well independently and interface with diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and select non-exempt candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with regional hiring managers to define location/market requirements for new roles.
• Develop sourcing plans for roles/territories using all available tools.
• Conduct competency-based phone interviews before presenting candidates.
• Provide status updates and feedback to hiring managers.
• Lead interview and screening to close requisitions.
• Participate in quarterly workforce planning to identify needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategy including AIRS techniques, social media, referrals, competitors.
• Coordinate hiring events in assigned territories.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS with notes.
• Build relationships through local industry associations (SHRM, ERE, MPI, NACE).
• Develop college relationships to support future recruiting.
• Provide positive candidate impressions and timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS.
• Maintain candidate files and notes for compliance.
• Use social networks and company blog to share employment messaging.
• Respond promptly and follow up on commitments.
