Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a high-volume Sales Recruiter to lead the full life cycle recruiting process and drive top talent across the organization.

You will create requisitions, post jobs, source passive candidates, screen and refer candidates to hiring leaders, and maintain ATS records. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver consistent metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience equivalent to education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting across the organization.
• Create requisitions, job postings, and move candidates through the ATS.
• Source, screen, and refer quality applicants to hiring leaders.
• Maintain internal postings, referrals, and ATS records.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and develop recruiting plans.
