Encore Global is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume, full lifecycle recruitment for non-exempt roles across assigned territories. You will build talent pipelines, partner with HR and Hiring Managers, and drive timely resolutions to openings using the ATS.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in HR, Communications or business-related field.
• 2+ years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience in a services or related industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet-based tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and select non-exempt internal and external candidates for current and future openings.
• Engage regional hiring managers to understand location and market requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans using available tools and AIRS techniques.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews and present pre-screened applicants.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning and candidate engagement activities.
