Job summary

Circana is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to build and execute scalable talent strategies across the United States, including remote roles. You will partner with field managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.

As an individual contributor, you will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and the hiring process, leveraging Boolean search and ATS to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement in recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, specifically aligned to high-volume recruiting.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and field managers.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
