Ryder is seeking a recruitment professional to administer end-to-end recruitment processes for contractor hiring and on-boarding. You will manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR, providing regular updates and shaping recruitment strategies to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Demonstrates customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
