• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop/manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet KPI targets and execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, and remote recruitment.
