Job summary

Ryder is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end contractor recruitment for assigned accounts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding. You will partner with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers and HR to execute recruitment strategies, communicate progress, and ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and keep management informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
