Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Recruiter responsible for end-to-end contractor hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of new contractors.

You will administer defined recruitment processes, develop relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment colleagues, provide recruitment updates, and drive customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
• 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate, Required

Responsibilities

• Administer external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
